XQilla XSLT 2.0 support

XQilla is working towards a conformant implementation of XSLT 2.0∞. As of release 2.2.0 this work is an ongoing effort, and should be considered alpha quality. Although it is possible to run a number of complex transformations there are significant features missing from the implementation, including:
